How Pre-Sales Work

Pre-sale orders must be placed in advance and are fulfilled once the product is officially released by the manufacturer.

Payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your pre-order.

Release Dates

Shipping of Pre-Sale Items

Pre-sale orders will ship immediately after products are received in stock.

If your order includes both pre-sale and in-stock items, we may hold the shipment until all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
Pre-Sale Policy

All pre-sale purchases are final. Due to the nature of the collectibles market, we cannot accept cancellations or returns on pre-ordered items.

In the rare event a manufacturer reduces allocations or cancels a product, customers will be refunded in full.
